Winter Wave is a wave portrait of the crashing waves on the beach in Kennebunkport, Maine, early winter this year. Passing storms always make for interesting waves and this time was no different .

Crashing waves have always interested me and I can sit for hours watching the waves in Maine. The beautiful stormy skies with the sun trying to peek through gives this some strong light to accentuate the powerful crash of waves just about to pour over the rock.
