Elaine Biss | Lancaster, Pennsylvania USA
Known best for her feminine graphics, illustrations and brand identities, Elaine has been using her artistic ability to create feminine and French inspired designs since she graduated from Lancaster Tech in Pennsylvania, with a certificate in commercial art. Elaine’s design talent spans perspectives and mediums, as she has worked in jewelry, fabric prints and stationery, as well as creating stylized fonts, which keeps her in high demand with an array of clients from varying industries.
Biss is best known for her feminine, digital watercolor graphics and French-inspired sophisticated fashion style that portrays chic women and accessories. Her artwork is printed in limited editions of 10, and mounted on stretched canvas. Biss has been shown at The Museum of Computer Art in Brooklyn NY, and was featured as the exclusive designer for the Adore Dior Auction in 2008, where her fashion sketch sold for nearly $4000 dollars.
Following her passion and unconventional business savvy, Elaine saw the growing need to create corporate identities that featured a softer, more artistic side. She worked on creating illustrations, namely fashion, boutique scenes, characters and accessories. As the public has come to esteem her unique designs, Elaine has become more highly in demand, as her work has been featured in websites all over the web and sought after by large companies like Dior and New York and Company.
