Brendan Coyle | Staten Island, New York USA

Coyle works in various artistic media such as Sculpture, Comics and Performance, practicing all in variance and combination since his study of Sculpture and Extended Media with a minor in Painting from Virginia Commonwealth University. He graduated in 2002 and has consistently shown in New York City as well as other states, and has traveled abroad to partake in several international performance art festivals. Recently he has been prolific, traveling to perform out of state and watering his roots in New York's underground.

Coyle stays active in the growing Staten Island art scene by directing and curating The Assembly Room, a contemporary art gallery on the North Shore of Staten Island.

Concurrently, he and others are founding and maintaining an art walk there on the Second Saturday of every month.
